About Us

Ronald C. Peters has been a faculty member of the American Institute of CPAs and for the Illinois, Indiana and Connecticut CPA Societies, teaching investments, forecasting, budgeting and Advanced Savings & Loan Auditing and Accounting.

Mr. Peters is a licensed CPA for over 35 years. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, The Illinois CPA Society and a Tax Committee Member of the American Institute of CPAs and the American Bar Association. He has also published articles on investment portfolio management and hedging in Intermarket Magazine, a national publication for the professional investment community. He actively serves as an Arbitrator for the National Association of Security Dealers for over eight years. Mr. Peters holds a BSC from DePaul University (1960).

Ira Lipkin, CPA, Masters in Taxation, completed his undergraduate work at Loyola University and holds a Masters Degree in Accounting from Roosevelt University and a Masters of Science in Taxation from DePaul University. His career includes five years as an Internal Revenue Agent through and including a Chicago Appeals Officer. Prior experience includes fifteen years in public accounting, primarily in taxes.
